PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders, or cashier’s checks.  No personal checks.  Customers please be ready to provide card number, expiration, issuing bank, billing and shipping address plus home & work phone (e-mail customers please provide this information also). We request this information for your protection.


MINIMUM ORDER: We have no minimum. Your order is important to us whether it is for $5 or $500.


PRICES: Prices and specifications are subject to change!  We are not responsible for typographical errors.


SALES TAX: Morgan Systems LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (7%) for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Utah. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped outside Utah.


FOREIGN ORDERS: Foreign orders must be payable by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover card.  Due to website limitations, no shipping is added to foreign orders during checkout, but an invoice will be sent to cover shipping cost after order is recived.  The customer is responsible for shipping on warranty service.

LIMITED WARRANTY: Morgan Systems LLC warrants all products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original owner (the “Warranty Period”).  Morgan Systems LLC's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion at the Morgan Systems LLC factory in Salt Lake City, UT. Effective only when the product is returned to the factory with all transportation charges prepaid and examination of the product determines, in Morgan’s judgment, to have been defective during the Warranty Period. The Warranty Period shall not extend beyond its original term with respect to interim in-warranty repairs by Morgan Systems LLC. This Warranty Period shall not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Morgan Systems LLC without prior written authorization. Warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to damage from natural causes such as fire, lightning, or other catastrophes. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, application or maintenance in accordance with the operating specification. Morgan Systems LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than herein stated.


WARRANTY SERVICE: All products requiring service under warranty should be sent to our factory address. A copy of the receipt must accompany returns for warranty repair. All related shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. If you have any questions please e-mail us.


ALL REPAIRS: When sending in a product for service, please pack it carefully, preferably in the original box and packing materials, and ship it insured for your protection. Please include a note with your name, address and e-mail or phone number, and which clearly describe the problem, how you wish the item returned, and how you wish to pay for the service. Package your product properly, preferably in the original packing materials. Morgan Manufacturing Inc. is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment.


SHIPPING TO Morgan Systems LLC: When you ship your equipment for service it is important that it is packaged properly. Use the original box and packing material if possible. If you do not have the original box, wrap the equipment well with bubble wrap then place this in a box with adequate packing material. Please be sure to insure your package for its value. Morgan Systems LLC. will not be responsible for equipment that is damaged in shipment to us.  For service or repairs, ship to:

SHIPPING: We ship most orders within two business days if the item you ordered is in stock. We ship Monday through Friday. Our normal method of shipment is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International or First Class Mail. We do not ship C.O.D.  Morgan Systems LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. You may request shipment by other means such as FedEx, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air or Air Freight for export orders. Equipment is packed very carefully.  Please provide us with a full shipping address. UPS cannot ship to a Post Office box.


RETURNS: Returned items must be received by us UNUSED in original, as shipped, condition. Returns must be within 14 days of purchase. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
